I'm more excited about this new year than I've ever been. I can't wait to see God move, not only in my life, but in the lives of those I love as well as in the body of Christ. I can't wait to hear the testimonies and GIVE some testimonies. LOL! I trust the Lord and I believe every word He's given both written and spoken.
Now, for the gray hair. One was discovered last night. The first one. Only, not mine...my son's. He was standing next to me when I spotted it. I told him and he didn't believe me. He asked me to put his finger on it so that he could go look at it in the bathroom mirror. Of course he didn't see it because of it's location. So, he asked someone else if he really had a gray hair.
He said the he's too young to have a gray hair. "I'm only 8!" I think he's slightly devistated, especially since I have yet to have my first string of gray. He I told him I think it's kinda neat. He strongly disagrees. A little bit of comfort came over him when he remembered that we have a 14-year-old cousin with quite a few gray hairs of her own. He suggested that I take a picture of it so that he can actually see it. I did. Didn't get the greatest pic of it, but herre it is:
I wonder how long it'll be before more apprear. Hopefully he'll get better with dealing with it. Maybe I can get him to see good in it. I love gray hair. I think it makes people look distinguished. I have vowed to never color mine, whenever it comes. To go gray and love it!
